To make your visit an enjoyable experience, our Guest Service team offer a variety of facilities and initiatives for all, from families with young children to people with disabilities.

If you believe you have lost an item within our centre, please log it on our quick and simple online form with as much information as possible. We will use the information you provide us to match with any property handed in and will contact you if we believe we have found your item.
We log all items lost in centre and use the NotLost system to manage our lost property enquiries and records.
We love to see happy families making the most of their time together at White Rose, and we support a variety of initiatives to make life easier and more enjoyable for parents and children.
We are pleased to offer Kiddy Cars for our younger guests. These are located upstairs near the Central Atrium, at the Balcony Entrance area outside Prezzo and Franksters. The cars are suitable for our younger guests who are under 130cm tall. Please make sure your children wear the seatbelt whilst in the car and a parent or guardian is there to supervise at all times. Simply download the Kiddy Cars app and follow the instructions.
The closest car parks for the Kiddy Cars are car park 4 & 5 and The Village entrance.
You’ll find spaces for parents with kids marked with green bays in Car Parks 1, 2, 4 & 6.
When they go, you gotta go, so you’ll be pleased to hear our baby changing rooms are easily accessible from the North and South Malls and the balcony! Those on the South Mall and the balcony have compact feeding areas. You’ll find microwaves for bottle warming on the balcony.

As of 2nd September 2022, White Rose offers 10 Pod Point spaces. Find our electric car charging points in Car Park 5, near the Village (home to the Play Area, cinema and restaurants).

We provide a Quiet Room for all who wish to use it for contemplation, prayer and reflection. The Quiet Room is located at the top of the escalator near the Customer Service Centre and New Look, and is open during normal centre opening hours.

Here at White Rose we have over 50 retailers who now offer a click & collect service, enabling you to collect all your purchases under one roof and enjoy the flexibility to shop how and when you like, while having the convenience of our location and free parking.
This presents a great opportunity to pick up all your click and collect purchases at the same time and in one place, giving a helping hand at busy times such as Christmas, birthdays or any other special event.
Amazon Lockers are self-service kiosks where you can receive or return your Amazon.co.uk parcels. You can select a locker location and collect or drop off your parcel at a time that's convenient for you.
Amazon Locker Belle is located in the main entrance of the shopping centre, nearest Car Park 1B and the Pandora/River Island store entrance.
Clothing Banks now at White Rose
In partnership with The Salvation Army (SATCOL), clothing banks are available for guests to donate their unwanted clothing and shoes to those in need. The donated items will be resold or recycled, and the profits generated will be channelled towards supporting The Salvation Army’s work throughout the country.
Guests can find three large donation banks located in Car Park 4 on the left-hand side as you enter the car park before the M&S entrance. Alternatively call our team on 0113 2291234 and we will happily direct you to the location.
