HOW DO I AMEND MY HOLIDAY?
If you'd like to make any amends to your booking, once we are able to open our TUI Stores again, we'll be happy to help. If your due to travel before 16 April 2020, we'll be in touch with you so no need to call.
I PAY MY INSTALMENTS IN PERSON IN STORE, OVER THE PHONE OR IN CASH. DO I NEED TO CALL IN?
You won't be able to pay your instalments but don't worry. Once we are able to open our TUI stores again, you can pop in to pay. Your holiday won't be cancelled in the meantime, even if your payments are overdue.
BOOKINGS MADE IN A TUI STORE
In response to the government's advice we made the decision to close all our TUI stores and our call centre staff are working from home. Because of this, if you booked in a TUI store, it might be harder to get in touch and to make changes to your booking, or ask any questions you might have.
We're working as quickly as we can to contact everyone affected by the COVID-19 situation, prioritising customers due to travel before 16 April 2020. So, for now, we're asking you to hold off from calling us. We really appreciate your patience. If you need to, call 0800 009 3836 or 0203 636 1997. You can call between 9am to 7pm (weekdays), 9am-6pm Saturday and 10am-5pm Sunday.
