How does Click & Collect work?

Step 1

Browse their extensive women's, men's, kids', baby and home Click and Collect product offerings on their website and add the items you wish to buy to your virtual basket.

Step 2

You can browse the ranges and checkout online, choose your preferred collection day for free and then collect from a dedicated collection point at your nominated store.

Step 3

As soon as your order is ready to collect, you'll be notified via email and text message, and you can make your way to your chosen store for collection.

Step 4

Make your way to the signposted collection point where one of their friendly customer assistants will hand over your Click & Collect order and checkout any extra items you wish to buy.

How much will it cost to Click & Collect my order?

Click & Collect is free of charge with a minimum order value of £10. Simply pay for your order online and collect it from our designated collection points in store. Should you find extra bits you need in store when you visit, you'll be able to pay for it at the same checkout when you collect your order.
